Responsibilities

• Accompany buyers during viewing tours.
• Advise clients on suitability and value of properties.
• Present purchase offers to buyers.
• Identify customers’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions.
• Provide guidance on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements, and processes.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, etc).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.
• Create property lists with location, features and images.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Ensure fair and honest dealing.
