Job summary

Beko Corporate is seeking a Senior Specialist – R&D (Cooling Technologies) to lead cooling system projects within the Research and Development Directorate. The role focuses on design, testing, and optimization of domestic refrigeration systems to enhance energy efficiency.

The candidate should hold a Master in Mechanical Engineering (PhD a plus) with strong thermodynamics knowledge and experience in Python/C++, Modelica, MATLAB, and EES. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Master in Mechanical Engineering; PhD status is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cooling systems, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Experience in design/optimization of thermal systems like cooling and heat pumps.
• Hands-on in test matrix design and experimental setup.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and numerical tools (Modelica, MATLAB, EES).
• Fluent English with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in cooling system design and energy efficiency projects.
• Develop test plans for compressors, heat exchangers, and subsystems.
• Perform theoretical and numerical analyses of thermodynamics and heat transfer.
• Interpret results and present outcomes across departments.
