Job summary

Beko invites a Senior Lead Engineer – R&D (Hardware Design) to join the Hardware Technology Team in Türkiye. You will design hardware for next‑generation devices, delivering cost‑effective, reliable and well‑documented solutions while coordinating with internal and external partners.

The role requires strong experience in SMPS design, digital/analog circuits, MCU/MPU selection, safety/EMC standards, Altium PCB design, and proficiency with lab equipment and LTSpice simulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in hardware design.
• Experience in designing Switch Mode Power Supply (AC-DC, DC-DC).
• Experience in designing digital and analog circuits.
• Strong knowledge of MCU/MPU and peripherals.
• Design and analysis experience according to Safety and EMC standards.
• Strong knowledge of Schematic & PCB design (preferably Altium).
• Strong knowledge of passive components.
• Experience with the interface of UART, I2C, SPI.
• Strong knowledge of lab equipment specs and usage (oscilloscope, power supply, signal generator, etc.).
• Experienced in using simulation tools (preferably LTSpice or etc)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
