Job summary

Avery Dennison in Türkiye's Tekirdağ Saray facility seeks a Senior Quality Control Supervisor to oversee QA/QC operations, guide the quality team, and drive continuous improvements. You will ensure adherence to product standards and resolve customer quality issues to sustain excellence and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in quality control/assurance in textile manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and departmental management experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and mentor the Quality Control team with workload distribution and on-the-job training.
• Oversee and audit QC processes, safety practices, and 5S/recycling for compliance with product standards.
• Create, update, and enforce company procedures and quality documentation across operations.
• Drive continuous process improvement projects and develop strategies to optimize safety, cost, quality, and workflow.
• Manage budgeting, production flow, and resolve customer complaints through cross-functional collaboration.
