Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Project Management, Quality Standards, and Social Compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and mentor the Quality Control team; manage workloads.
• Oversee QC processes, safety practices, and 5S/recycling for standards.
• Create, update, and implement company procedures and documents.
• Drive process improvements; optimize safety, cost, quality, inventory, workflow.
• Manage departmental budget and production flow.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints end-to-end.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly performance reports.
