Job summary

Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. is seeking a Senior PMO Project Manager to oversee a large portfolio of IT and digital banking projects within the PMO of our banking sector organization.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, PMP certification, and advanced English skills. You will drive transformation initiatives, manage multiple projects concurrently, and ensure governance and reporting standards are met.

Qualifications

• University graduate from relevant departments.
• At least 7 years of project management experience, preferably banking/fintech.
• Experience in prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, PPM.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of SDLC.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
• PMP certified.
• Adapt to change and contribute to transformation processes.
• Work well under heavy workload and fast pace.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT and digital banking projects end-to-end.
• Oversee multiple projects within a high-volume portfolio.
• Ensure scope, time, budget, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with business units, software teams, and third parties.
• Proactively manage risks, problems, and dependencies.
• Ensure PMO methodology and governance standards are followed.
• Provide regular, transparent reporting to senior management.
• Deliver projects using Agile methodologies.
• Support organizational adaptation through transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage a large portfolio of numerous concurrent projects and actively contribute to corporate transformation and change processes.

What We’re Looking For

• University graduate from relevant departments
• At least 7 years of project management experience (preferably banking/fintech)
