Job summary

Hayat in Turkey is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to join the Hygiene Production team in Kocaeli. You will contribute to transformative projects across production lines, driving efficiency and safety in our diaper manufacturing operations.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, 4+ years in production, and knowledge of lean methods. English proficiency is essential, and relocation to Kocaeli is welcome for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of production experience.
Experience in baby diaper production preferred.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S, TPM) and problem solving.
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Organize necessary resources and facilities to execute manufacturing programs.
Ensure high quality, capacity and safe production.
Minimize production costs and losses.
Ensure occupational health and safety compliance.
Carry out production according to defined standards and drive process improvements.
Address technical deficits and implement effective solutions.
