Job summary

Pluxee Türkiye is seeking an experienced Product Owner to define product features, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the team delivers value to customers. You will bridge stakeholders and developers to align on requirements and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in product ownership or business analysis, strong communication, and proven Agile (Scrum) experience. Collaboration with web and mobile teams and familiarity with Confluence and Jira are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Experience with web and mobile technologies, APIs and microservices.

The Product Owner is responsible for defining the features and requirements of the product, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring the team delivers value to the customer. The PO acts as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the developers.

• Be sure Product Manager defines & communicates the product vision.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder input, and customer feedback.
• Planning, execute projects and communicate status, risks and issues
• Plan and organise agile ceremonies and work closely with scrum masters to ensure improving scrum team's performance
• Write user stories and acceptance criterias.
• Collaborate with the developers to ensure understanding of the backlog items.
• Make decisions regarding the product’s features and functionality.
• Conducting UAT, product acceptance tests and verify required functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirements with product manager and stakeholders.
• 5+ years experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis roles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Hands on experience in an agile methodologies(especially scrum) and tools such as Confluence & Jira
• Experience with web and mobile technologies, API, microservices and service integration in terms of product development and business analyses perspective.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
