unPLUG Dining is seeking a senior Product Manager to own guest experience, loyalty, and growth marketing platforms. You will shape the product direction for enterprise restaurant brands, write specs, and drive from concept to release and adoption across web, mobile, and in-store experiences.

You will collaborate daily with engineering, design, and customer success, measuring success by direct orders, repeat visits, loyalty enrollments, and campaign revenue.

Formación

• 6+ years in product management, shipping consumer-facing or B2B platforms in loyalty, CRM, or marketing tech.
• Proven track record of shipping features that move a growth metric (conversion, retention, LTV, revenue).
• Deep understanding of loyalty economics and lifecycle marketing.
• Comfort with data: write or closely read queries, define metrics, and drive decisions.
• Strong ability to write precise specs so engineers build the right thing the first time.
• Experience managing demanding enterprise customers while keeping a coherent product.
• AI-native workflow: leverage AI to research, draft, analyze, and prototype with quality.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for guest experience and growth marketing from strategy to shipped features.
• Evaluate intake from enterprise clients, score requests, and translate into clear specs.
• Define loyalty mechanics and offers that drive repeat visits and margin.
• Shape marketing platform tooling: segmentation, journeys, campaigns, and reporting.
• Improve guest ordering and app experiences to increase direct orders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success on scope and release quality.
• Define metrics, monitor data, and pivot when numbers demand it.
• Join customer calls to clarify requirements and support launches and adoption.
• Bring restaurant tech depth (POS, CDP, online ordering) to product decisions.
