Job summary

Öneriver seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to bridge business, design, and engineering in our fintech-focused platform family. You will translate user needs into viable product requirements, manage the backlog, and help shape rapid product development.

You will collaborate with UX/UI teams, stakeholders, and developers to deliver value-driven features, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements across digital products in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in digital product development, product mgmt, or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence or similar PM tools.
• Experience in requirements analysis and writing user stories & acceptance criteria.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and data-driven decision making.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about aligning user needs with business objectives and technological solutions, analyzing complex problems, and shaping the development of innovative digital products within our rapidly growing fintech ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a bridge between business units, customers, design teams, and software development teams; bringing the product vision to life; managing the product backlog; and ensuring that the solutions developed create value for users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
• At least five years of experience in digital product development, product management, or project coordination,
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Ability to use Jira, Confluence, or similar product and project management tools effectively,
• Experience in requirements analysis and preparing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria,
• Strong analysis, planning, and prioritization skills within product development processes,
• Ability to manage communication effectively between technical teams and business units,
• Ability to analyze customer and user needs and translate them into viable product solutions,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously, with strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills,Strong data-driven decision-making, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• End-to-end product development experience, from the initial idea stage through launch and subsequent improvement activities,
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C digital product development,
• Experience in the development of mobile applications or web-based products,
• Experience in fintech, banking, capital markets, or the financial services industry,
• Experience working with UX/UI teams on user-centered product development processes,
• Experience in user research, user journeys, and usability testing,
• Knowledge of API integrations and fundamental technical concepts,
• Basic knowledge of SQL, analytics platforms, or data analysis tools,Experience conducting product improvement initiatives based on product performance metrics and user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance, usage data, and user feedback, and develop product enhancement and improvement recommendations based on the findings,
• Prepare regular reports on product progress, risks, deliverables, and performance indicators,
• Monitor market, user, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities that may contribute to the product’s development.
