Job summary

TOM Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Cash Management Products team and shape the future of our digital banking experience.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio including Money Transfers, SWIFT, Open Banking, Bill Payments, Tax Payments, HGS, Payroll Solutions and ATM journeys, working with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, UX and other stakeholders to deliver customer‑centric capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Product Management experience in banking/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking products and payment systems.
• Experience managing customer-facing digital products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile and cross-functional product teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for Cash Management products from ideation to delivery and optimization.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and requirements aligned with customer needs.
• Manage Money Transfers, SWIFT, Open Banking, Bill Payments, Tax Payments, HGS, Payroll, and ATM services.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, UX and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Gather market and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare BRs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization.
• Coordinate UAT, pilot, release and post-launch activities.
• Monitor product performance and drive optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while preserving customer experience.
• Drive continuous process improvements and digital transformation.

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Cash Management Products team and play a key role in shaping the future of our digital banking experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of payment and cash management products, ensuring they deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting the bank’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, UX, and other business stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and successfully deliver new capabilities.

This position requires a strong customer-centric mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous optimization.

The product portfolio includes domestic and international money transfers, SWIFT, Open Banking services, bill and tax payments, HGS services, payroll solutions, and ATM-related customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Cash Management products, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and business requirements aligned with customer needs and strategic objectives.
• Manage products including Money Transfers (FAST, EFT, Wire Transfers), SWIFT, Open Banking, Bill Payments, Tax Payments, HGS, Payroll Solutions, and ATM services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and other business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify new product opportunities.
• Prepare business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate UAT, pilot, release, and post-launch activities to ensure successful product delivery.
• Monitor product performance using data and customer insights, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
• Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to the bank’s digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably within a bank, fintech, or financial technology company.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking products and payment systems.
• Experience managing customer-facing digital products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional product teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
