Job summary

bitaksi, Turkey's leading taxi-hailing app, seeks a Product Manager to drive end-to-end mobile product development and UX excellence. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to shape data-driven product strategies and high-quality user experiences at scale.

With 5+ years in product management in mobile environments, you will influence cross-functional teams and leverage analytics to optimize features and performance.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in technology or business fields.
• Minimum 5 years of professional Product Management experience, especially in mobile.
• Experience defining frictionless and delightful UX for mobile apps.
• Experience with UX researchers and designers.
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android platform best practices.
• Proficiency with data-driven product decisions and event tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobile product development and act as problem solver for the team.
• Regularly review product performance and drive improvements to user value and business results.
• Gather business requirements and write specs with development and design teams to drive schedules and launches.
• Collaborate with users, researchers and customer success to understand needs.

To join us as a Product Manager you’ll need:

• BS/MS in technology or business-related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional Product Management especially in a mobile environment
• Mobile app/UX experience to define frictionless and delightful user experiences
• Experience working with UX researchers and designers
• Deep understanding of the user experience
• Deep understanding of contemporary best practice on the iOS and Android platforms
• Knowledge and experience of using Product Management best practices
• Have an ability to influence others and work collaboratively to produce results across multiple functional teams
• First‑hand knowledge of different agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Technically proficient - You have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built
• Skilled in using tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar to track user behavior and product performance.
• Ability to extract insights and make data‑driven product decisions.
• Experienced in setting up event tracking, funnels, and dashboards for product metrics.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments, making effective prioritization trade‑offs under pressure.
• Strong awareness of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies, and ability to integrate them into product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Data fluency. You're experienced with working with data and insights to understand & measure your work
• Lead the full team to the end‑to‑end mobile making process, be the problem solver
• Regularly review product performance and make improvements to increase user value and business results.
• Collect business requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, working closely with development teams and product design teams to drive project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch
• Work closely with our users, research, and customer success teams to deeply understand and address user needs
• Make tradeoff decisions based on technical and business insights and experimentation
