Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and delivery for its AI-powered oncology platform. You will work at the intersection of AI/ML, clinical operations, and data infrastructure, defining what gets built and negotiating trade-offs across teams.

You will collaborate daily with Engineering, Data/AI, Clinical Operations, and Provider Engagement, shaping the roadmap and outcomes for global sites across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, or platform products.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products and data pipelines.
• Strong command of Agile delivery practices.
• Ability to lead across multiple stakeholder groups and time zones.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Global, distributed team experience.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy & ship: Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned products; prioritise enhancements, manage tech debt, and ship features that measurably improve clinical trial matching, enrollment, and site performance.
• Translate ambiguity into execution: Turn complex clinical and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria engines can execute against.
• Measure and iterate: Monitor post-release performance using product analytics and clinical outcome data; iterate rapidly based on numbers and user feedback.
• Run delivery: Lead product development ceremonies with engineering squads across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate across functions: Partner with Data/AI on model integration and pipeline dependencies; align with Clinical Operations on regulatory nuance, site workflows, and oncology trial realities.
• Communicate up and across: Serve as the primary product voice to leadership, translating progress and trade-offs into business-relevant updates for executives and board-level stakeholders.
• Document and align: Build and maintain product documentation that serves as a single source of truth across distributed teams.
