URBN is seeking a Sr. PD/Production Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end processes from style creation through manufacturing and delivery of finished goods.

The role ensures right first time, aesthetically aligned styles that meet on‑time delivery and quality standards, while supporting global expansion and speed‑to‑customer initiatives. You will develop strategies to meet design and merchant expectations from business and service perspectives and collaborate with suppliers to optimize costs and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive sourcing experience in apparel.
• Experience building cross‑functional supplier partnerships.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and execute Design's vision through strategic sourcing and material selection.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to align category needs with cost and timing.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive speed to market and efficiency.
• Attend Trend and Sketch Review meetings to interpret design intent.
• Own style development ensuring quality and cost targets are met.
• Manage production time and action (T&A) for on‑time delivery.
