URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sr. PD/Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process from style creation through manufacturing and delivery of finished goods. The role ensures right first time, aesthetically pleasing styles that meet on-time delivery and quality standards.

The role develops strategies to meet design and merchant expectations while supporting global expansion and speed-to-customer initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Allocate design's vision to sourcing of materials and production milestones.
• Build supplier relationships to meet category needs and partnerships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and speed to market.
• Attend Trend and Sketch Review to capture design intent and style aspects.
• Own style development delivering quality and cost targets.
• Coordinate calendar actualization and communicate style/cost/delivery changes.
• Coordinate with Fabric Manager and Design on development, costs, and targets.
• Manage production time and action to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee order placement aligned with strategies and optimal deliveries.
• Analyze factory/brand reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage TOP/QA processes and vendor release statuses.
• Train suppliers on routing guides and ensure compliance.
