Lever, Inc. in Turkey is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) to drive growth through data-driven decisions. You will own the product metrics framework and ensure teams rely on clear definitions for the key numbers that matter.

You'll design and analyze A/B tests, validate results with rigorous statistics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence prioritization across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering or similar.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability with real-world application.
• Experience with data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to communicate findings to Product and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions.
• Validate metrics and dashboards with Data Engineering for reliability.
• Investigate fluctuations with product leads to identify opportunities.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, including sample size and effects.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments and insights.
• Maintain an archive of experiments with actionable recommendations.
• Identify data-quality issues before they impact decisions.
