n11 is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Product & Analytics team. You will define analytics roadmaps, collaborate across product, marketing, and operations, and build dashboards that monitor product and business health.

You will lead advanced analytics, conduct segmentation and experimentation, and mentor a high-performing team in a data-driven culture. English proficiency is required, with a focus on scalable data solutions in a digital retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Proficient in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and BI tools Looker, Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital consumer businesses.
• Skilled in segmentation, predictive analytics, and experimentation.
• Strategic thinker who translates business problems into analytics solutions.
• Excellent communicator who presents complex findings clearly.
• Mentor for a high-performing data team and fosters a data-driven culture.
• Experience in personalization, recommendation systems, or marketing attribution analytics.
• Professional competence in English language.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics initiative roadmaps including user behavior, segmentation, and churn.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and UX to translate insights into actions.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to monitor health.
• Oversee A/B testing design, implementation, and impact measurement.
• Partner with data engineering to maintain reliable data pipelines.
• Stay informed on analytics industry developments and modeling techniques.
• Use GA, BigQuery and Looker connections effectively.
