HubX in Istanbul is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will work with product, development, operations and marketing to track and analyze product initiatives and marketing performance.

You will build KPI dashboards, validate data, and develop scalable SQL queries (BigQuery). Proficiency in Python and BI tools will be essential to translate data into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years hands-on data analytics experience.
• Strong Python knowledge.
• Hands-on SQL experience, preferably with BigQuery.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, data-driven product environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, development, operations and marketing to track and analyze initiatives.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards with data validation.
• Provide analysis to understand user behavior and inform decisions.
• Develop scalable SQL queries (BigQuery preferred).
• Use Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Visualize data to clearly communicate insights.
• Explore funnels and app journeys to improve UX.
• Contribute to data quality, reliability, and documentation.
