Job summary

Volkswagen Doğuş Finans (vdf) is seeking a Senior Procurement Supervisor to lead procurement strategies, supplier relations and cost optimization across all units. You will negotiate contracts, manage SLAs and ensure regulatory compliance, while delivering comprehensive reporting for audits.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in procurement within finance or tech, strong English, and ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies with business units in line with budget and objectives.
• Manage supplier portfolio, research new partners and negotiate pricing and SLAs.
• Lead commercial and technical negotiations and draft supply contracts with Legal.
• Perform spend analyses to reduce total procurement costs and identify savings.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPI targets and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with VWFS guidelines, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide complete procurement documentation during audits and report to management.

We are looking for a strategic and vision-driven "Senior Procurement Supervisor" who will manage the procurement systems and processes across all of our business units, in line with the procurement strategies of all companies under the vdf Group.

Job Description:

• Strategic Management: Developing and implementing all procurement strategies in collaboration with the relevant business units, in alignment with the company's objectives and budget plans.
• Supplier Relations: Managing the existing supplier portfolio, researching new strategic business partners and suppliers, and establishing pricing and service level agreements in the best interest of the company.
• Negotiation and Contracting: Conducting commercial and technical negotiations with suppliers, and preparing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and supply contracts in coordination with the relevant departments and the Legal Department.
• Cost Optimization: Conducting spend analyses to reduce the total cost of procurement in line with company strategies, securing cost advantages through alternative product/service research, and generating savings projects.
• Performance Tracking: Periodically measuring supplier performance, reporting on their compliance with KPI targets, and proposing changes when necessary.
• Financial and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that procurement processes comply with VWFS guidelines, the company's Compliance, Internal Control, and Audit policies, ethical principles, internal procurement procedures, and legal regulations.
• Reporting: Providing complete information and documentation regarding the procurement function during internal and external audits, taking necessary actions, and reporting regularly to management.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement processes within the finance, banking, technology, or corporate services sectors.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills in contract management, supplier relations, and price negotiations.
• Advanced level of English (capable of communicating effectively with international technology and service suppliers).
• Analytical mindset with strong competence in budget and cost analysis.
• Active user of ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) and fully proficient in MS Office applications.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking management.
