Job summary

PaxeraHealth is seeking an experienced pre-sales engineer in Turkey to deliver demos, presentations, and proofs of concepts for prospective customers. You will provide trusted technical advice and respond to complex RFI/RFP questions, shaping implementation plans and coordinating approvals with cross-functional teams.

The role requires minimum 5 years in a similar position, with education in Biomedical, Electrical, or Communications Engineering.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
Educational background in Biomedical, Electrical or Communications Engineering.
Certifications: Any related certificates.
Special course: Sales skills.
Travel probability: 50%
Technical skills: strong knowledge of products being sold.
Languages: English mandatory (spoken and written).
Competencies: oral and written communication, negotiation, time management, people orientation.

Responsibilities

Deliver demos, presentations and proof of concepts.
Provide technical advice and respond to customer questions in RFI/RFP forms.
Create implementation plans and monitor project approvals.
Scope technical solutions and prepare software order forms with sales and technical teams.
Influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders to position PaxeraHealth offerings.
Compare PaxeraHealth with competing products from a technical/financial view.
Coordinate with support teams for timely resolution of technical issues in pre-sales or early life of the project.
Pursue additional business opportunities in collaboration with sales.
