Qualifications

• Managed $50K+ per month across Meta and Google.
• Built and optimized campaigns personally within the last 12 months.
• Worked on a Shopify store and knows cart, checkout, discounts, product feed.
• Has run at least one Black Friday where the budget was yours.
• Fluent English; Turkish for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• You are a hands-on media buyer who builds campaigns in Meta and Google.
• Decide campaign architecture, bidding, budgeting across countries and products.
• Reflect on MER and CAC, not just ROAS, and report results.
• Collaborate with in-house creative team and founder for product questions.
• Lead weekly pacing and testing calendars, and execute plans.
