Inbound Marketing Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Consultant to join our team in Turkey. The role focuses on accurate campaign setups, daily tracking, and data-driven optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and more.

You will monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations for clients. Strong Turkish and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of auction-based advertising models, bidding strategies, and key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR).
• High attention to detail with a track record of minimizing execution/operational errors in campaign setups and budget allocations.
• Ability to interpret panel metrics and convert data into practical, metric-driven recommendations.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis.
• Good communication skills in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Setup, launch, and structure campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) with focus on minimizing errors.
• Daily monitoring of active campaigns, tracking metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) within budgets.
• Analyze performance data to make metric-based adjustments and provide optimization recommendations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for internal leads and clients.
• Execute structured A/B tests for ads, headlines, and audiences according to guidelines.
