Job summary

Publicis Groupe Türkiye is seeking a Paid Search & Paid Social Specialist to manage, optimize and analyze campaigns across multiple clients. You will own campaigns end-to-end while supporting broader biddable media strategies and mentoring junior team members.

The role requires 2+ years in Paid Search/ Paid Social, strong knowledge of Google Shopping, Merchant Center, and product feeds, plus English proficiency and sharp analytical skills. Istanbul-based, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Strong experience with Google Shopping and Merchant Center.
• Experience managing product feeds and ecommerce catalogs.
• Knowledge of Google Display Network Dynamic Remarketing.
• Experience with Meta Catalogs and Dynamic Product Ads.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Execute Google Shopping and Dynamic Remarketing campaigns.
• Manage Google Merchant Center and resolve product feed issues.
• Analyze, optimize, and maintain product feeds.
• Manage Meta Catalogs and Dynamic Product Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve client KPIs.
• Support and guide junior team members when needed.
