Job summary

Boby.ai, an Istanbul-based AI company building human-centered creative products for a global audience, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to scale our consumer apps remotely. You will plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major platforms to drive efficient growth.

You will work with creative, product, and data teams to improve CPI, ROAS, and LTV, test new creatives, and coordinate with ad network partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in performance marketing, preferably for mobile apps.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with mobile subscription funnels and LTV modeling.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other mobile ad networks.
• Continuously testing new creatives, audiences, channels, and UA strategies.
• Analyzing performance data to improve CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
• Working directly with ad network partners and maintaining strong relationships.
• Providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and best-performing strategies.
• Collaborating with designers and motion artists to brief, review, and refine creatives.
• Supporting soft-launch and scale phases of new app releases.
• Contributing to monetization strategies by aligning UA performance with paywall and pricing tests.
