Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Istanbul, Türkiye, is seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing and ensure accurate, timely delivery. You will collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance to support order accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in order management/customer service, advanced Excel/Power BI skills, ERP knowledge, and excellent English. Hybrid/on-site work with ~10% travel needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in order management and customer service processes.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Power BI.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Advanced reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order processing and entry in the ERP system.
Monitor order status and coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse and Sales to ensure on-time delivery.
Review and validate customer orders, pricing and required documentation.
Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding order progress, delays or issues.
Support invoicing processes by ensuring all order details and documentation are complete and compliant.
Complete ÜTS submissions accurately and within required timelines.
Maintain accurate order records and data integrity in the system.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in order management operations.
