Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Quotation Engineer for Medium Voltage solutions across EMEA. You will analyze customer requirements, select optimal MV switchgear, and prepare optimized techno-commercial offers while coordinating with Sales, Application Engineers and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes technical and commercial excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering compliant, profitable quotations with speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quotation and tendering activities in electrical power distribution.
• Experience with MV switchgear and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality quotations with technical accuracy and commercial competitiveness.
• Review specs, single-line diagrams, datasheets and tender docs to identify needs.
• Configure MV switchgear solutions aligned with standards and Eaton capabilities.
• Prepare complete techno-commercial offers coordinating inputs from stakeholders.
• Collaborate to ensure technical feasibility, compliance, and profitability.
• Develop competitive quotations balancing requirements, lead times and risks.
• Identify risks and support mitigation throughout the quotation process.
• Manage revisions and handover of awarded projects to execution teams.
