Job summary

Menarini Türkiye is seeking a Medical Manager to lead scientific engagement and medical advisory activities within our Medical team in Turkey. The role supports marketing and field teams with medical data, training materials, and strategic guidance.

You will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, contribute to product launches, ensure data accuracy, and participate in ethical communications in line with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, especially in consumer health care products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, planning, organizing, and coaching abilities.
• Proactive thinking and capability to set strategy.
• No travel restrictions domestically or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Engage in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals to advance the scientific communication platform.
• Act as a scientific and medical advisor for products in their responsibility and for new products, supporting marketing and field teams.
• Collect and consolidate medical data to add value to company strategies and keep data up-to-date.
• Support related units in preparing promotional materials and during medical presentations.
• Provide medical product training to field force and prepare training manuals and visuals in line with ethical procedures and company strategy.
• Play an active role in product launch preparations and communicate with relevant authorities.
• Establish and develop relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies.
• Understand concepts of pharmacovigilance.
