Job summary

Client Company is seeking a seasoned mechanical design engineer to lead product development for complex motion platforms and automation components. You will optimize designs for manufacturability and cost, support international sales with technical expertise, and create production drawings and validation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in mechanical and sheet metal design.
• Strong drawing standards and detailed design capabilities.
• Domain knowledge in materials, electrical systems, automation, and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced English for presentations and business discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering projects for modifying existing product lines or designing new products.
• Mature part designs from concept to final product, optimizing for quality and cost.
• Provide technical sales support for international opportunities.
• Conduct design feasibility studies for customized requirements.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Plan and execute mechanical/structural testing and validation activities.
• Prepare production drawings, assembly guides, and integration documentation.
• Evaluate manufacturability and follow up on production processes.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformities arising during manufacturing or operation.
• Utilize ERP PM modules for cost analyses and reporting to senior management.
• Present technical topics in English during international meetings.
