Job summary

• Expertise in modern manufacturing methods (plastics, die casting, machining, and sealing technologies).
• Strong command of GD&T, material selection, tolerance analysis, and lifecycle management practices.
• Advanced CAD/PLM skills (UG NX, Teamcenter, SAP) and familiarity with CAE tools (FEA, CFD).
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking, design thinking, and holistic problem-solving to complex engineering projects.
• Experience in supplier management, cross-functional collaboration, and technical negotiations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a global team mindset.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of complex mechanical components from concept to series production.
