A strong background in mechanical engineering and 5+ years in sheet metal design is required. The candidate will lead product development, optimize designs for cost and performance, and collaborate across engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years in mechanical and sheet metal design.
• Strong knowledge of materials, electrical systems, automation, and manufacturing processes.
• Fluent English with ability to present technically.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering projects for modifying existing product lines or designing new products from the ground up.
• Mature part designs from concept to final product, optimizing for quality, cost, dimensional accuracy, and functionality.
• Provide technical sales support to international opportunities with engineering expertise.
• Conduct feasibility studies to fulfill customized sales requirements.
• Contribute to internal process optimization and workflow enhancements.
• Plan and execute mechanical/structural testing and validation activities.
• Prepare production drawings, assembly guides, and integration documentation.
• Evaluate manufacturability and follow up on production processes.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve non-conformities during manufacturing or operation.
• Prepare and present technical topics in English during international meetings.
