Job summary

Izmir Shipyard invites a talented Senior Sales Engineer to join our ambitious team. You will engage customers, qualify prospects, prepare quotations, and close deals, leveraging deep knowledge of commercial boat sales and pricing.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, travel as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to governmental and private clients.

Qualifications

• Proven sales engineering background in commercial boats or related industries.
• Education background in marine engineering or relevant subjects.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; other languages a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in both languages.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services by developing new prospects and accounts.
• Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships.
• Complete cost analysis and benchmarking.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and wants.
• Build, prioritize and manage an effective pipeline of leads.
• Achieve or exceed monthly/annual revenue quotas and objectives.
