Job summary

Evital, the digital health platform of Eczacıbaşı, seeks a strategic growth leader to translate company priorities into measurable initiatives and drive multi-functional performance reporting. You will work closely with senior executives to prepare Board materials, support fundraising, and identify new markets and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Drive strategic planning and translate priorities into measurable initiatives.
• Own monthly performance reporting across commercial, financial, product, and operational KPIs.
• Analyze performance vs budget/targets to support budgeting and scenario processes.
• Prepare Board presentations and strategic updates with the General Manager.
• Support fundraising, investment, and data room analyses.
• Coordinate communications with current/potential investors and strategic partners.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and new geographic markets with market sizing and competitive intel.
• Develop go-to-market recommendations for digital health, insurance, corporate health, and AI-driven healthcare solutions.
• Manage high-impact strategic partnerships with insurers, corporates, and technology partners.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects across product, finance, and operations teams.

How Is Our Ideal Team Member?

• 4-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, corporate development, or growth,
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially expert-level PowerPoint and Excel capabilities),
• Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, growth drivers, and P&L dynamics,
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and turn them into decisions and execution,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish,
• Strong presentation and representation skills to work directly with senior executives, Board members, and investors,
• High sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and strong attention to detail,
• High motivation to transform strategy into actual products, partnerships, and revenue,
• (Preferred) Experience in digital health, technology, insurance, SaaS, or platform business models.
