Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM across onboarding, purchase, retention, and reactivation. You will own email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, driving measurable growth at scale.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to build segmentation, journeys, and experimentation playbooks, shaping CRM as a major revenue channel in a remote-first, high-growth company.

Qualifications

• You’ve scaled CRM before with measurable revenue improvements.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription growth and CRM impact on revenue.
• You think like a builder and can create segments, journeys, experiments, and analysis.
• You can translate user behavior into ideas and prove them with testing and attribution.
• You move quickly, own your work, and drive momentum in fast-paced environments.
• You communicate clearly across technical, creative, and commercial teams in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution across the full CRM lifecycle: onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and engagement gaps.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up journeys to boost conversions.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, and lifetime value through smart segmentation and timing.
• Run rapid experiments, measure impact, scale winners, and iterate on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling, tracking, messages, offers, and reporting.
