Job summary

METRO Türkiye is seeking a professional to analyze professional kitchen and equipment needs for Horeca customers, offering technical product expertise to help select the right equipment.

You will present METRO’s range, support field sales and stores, and identify cross-selling opportunities across Kitchenware, Glassware, and more, while monitoring market trends and feedback to the Category team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (education requirement).
• Strong product and industry knowledge of professional kitchen equipment.
• Good understanding of operations and equipment needs of Horeca customers.
• Knowledge of key product groups such as ovens, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment, and related gear.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the professional kitchen and equipment needs of Horeca customers.
• Provide customers with technical product expertise and guidance in selecting the right equipment.
• Present METRO’s product range, Own Brand products, and price advantages to customers.
• Conduct customer visits to identify new sales opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Kitchenware, Glassware, Tableware, and Gastro Equipment.
• Provide product and technical support on Gastro Equipment to field sales and store teams.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer needs; share insights with the Category team.
• Contribute to identifying new product and business development opportunities.
