Job summary

METRO Türkiye seeks a Professional Kitchen Equipment Sales Senior Executive to analyze Horeca needs and guide customers in selecting the right kitchen equipment. You will present METRO’s range and own brands, conduct field visits to grow opportunities, and collaborate with store teams for optimal solutions.

You will identify cross-selling potential across Kitchenware, Glassware, Tableware, and other Gastro Equipment categories, contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and sector knowledge of professional kitchen equipment.
• Strong understanding of Horeca customer needs and equipment, including ovens and refrigeration.
• Ability to translate technical details into customer-friendly recommendations.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and sales capabilities.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven with field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the professional kitchen and equipment needs of Horeca customers.
• Provide technical product expertise and guidance in selecting the right equipment.
• Present METRO’s product range, Own Brand products, and price advantages to customers.
• Visit customers to identify new sales opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Kitchenware, Glassware, Tableware, and more.
• Support field sales and store teams with product and technical guidance.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer needs; share insights with Category team.
• Contribute to new product and business development opportunities.
