Job summary

METRO Türkiye, Horeca müşterilerinin profesyonel mutfak ihtiyaçlarını analiz eden ve teknik ürün uzmanlığı sunan bir ekibiyle çalışır. Mutfak ekipmanları, Own Brand ürünler ve rekabetçi fiyat avantajları konusunda rehberlik sağlar.

Enerjik ve müşteriye odaklı bir ekip tarafından yürütülen bu rol, sahada yoğun ziyaretler, kategori işbirliği ve yeni iş fırsatları geliştirme sorumluluğunu içerir. İngilizce bilgisi tercih edilse de, yerel pazara uyum sağlamak ön plandadır.

Qualifications

• Profesyonel mutfak ekipmanları konusunda güçlü ürün ve endüstri bilgisi.
• Profesyonel mutfakların operasyonları ve ekipman ihtiyaçlarını anlama.
• Ovenler, bulaşık makineleri, soğutucu ekipmanlar ve mutfak aletleri konularında bilgi sahibi olunması.

Responsibilities

• Horeca müşterileri için teknik ürün uzmanlığı ve danışmanlık sağlamak.
• Uygun ekipman seçimini müşteriye önerip desteklemek.
• Müşteri ziyaretleriyle yeni satış fırsatları belirlemek ve mevcut müşterilerle ilişkileri güçlendirmek.
• Mutfak ekipmanı kategorilerinde çapraz satış fırsatlarını belirlemek ve ekipman desteği sunmak.

İş Tanımı

Analyze the professional kitchen and equipment needs of our Horeca customers. Provide customers with technical product expertise and guidance in selecting the right equipment for their needs. Effectively present METRO’s existing product range, Own Brand products, and competitive price advantages to customers. Conduct customer visits to identify new sales opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Identify cross-selling opportunities across Kitchenware, Glassware, Tableware, and other relevant categories alongside Gastro Equipment. Provide product and technical support on Gastro Equipment to our field sales and store teams. Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer needs, and regularly share insights with the Category team. Contribute to identifying new product and business development opportunities.

Nitelikler

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Strong product and industry knowledge of professional kitchen equipment.
• Good understanding of the operations and equipment needs of professional kitchens, including restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering businesses, and other Horeca customers.
• Knowledge of key product groups such as ovens, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment, food preparation and cooking equipment, small gastro equipment, and stainless-steel products.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Ability to communicate technical product information in a clear and customer-friendly way.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to work in the field and conduct regular customer visits.
• Preferably, 3 years of experience in Horeca, professional kitchen equipment, commercial kitchen solutions, or a related B2B sales environment.
• Preferably, have a good command of English.
