Job summary

MediaMarkt Turkey is seeking an Industrial Relations Department Manager for our HR team. The role oversees union communications, exit processes per labor law, and disciplinary proceedings while monitoring performance and guiding related actions.

You will report to C-level executives and provide internal trainings on industrial relations. The candidate should have at least eight years in industrial relations within the retail sector, strong labor law knowledge, and excellent English

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant departments.
• Minimum 8 years of Industrial Relations experience in the retail sector.
• Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Law and Trade Union Legislation.
• Experience in a unionized workplace with communication management with the union.
• Good command of English language.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Result-oriented, flexible and team oriented.
• Support open communication and feedback culture.
• Open to change and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all communication with the union.
• Management of exit processes in accordance with the labor law.
• Monitoring and managing disciplinary processes.
• Low performance monitoring and execution of the all process.
• Reporting to C-Levels on related issues.
• Giving internal trainings on industrial relations.
