Senior Human Resources Specialist – Clinical Operations

Ömer İstanbul Dental Center is an international dental healthcare organization providing high-quality dental treatments to patients from around the world.

Our organization operates through two main functions: our clinical operations, where international patients receive their treatments, and our sales & operations office, where patient leads are managed and converted into treatment journeys in Türkiye.

As our clinical operations continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly proactive Senior Human Resources Specialist to take ownership of HR processes and employee experience within our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day HR operations within the clinic
• Manage recruitment processes for clinical positions
• Conduct interviews and support the selection of high-quality candidates
• Manage onboarding and employee integration processes
• Build strong working relationships with doctors, patient coordinators, translators, reception/front-office teams and other clinic employees
• Act as the first point of contact for employee-related matters
• Manage employee relations and proactively identify workplace issues
• Support performance management and employee development processes
• Monitor attendance, leave, working schedules and other HR-related operational processesIdentify training and development needs and coordinate relevant initiatives
• Support employee engagement, motivation and retention
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively in the clinic
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support compliance with Turkish labor legislation and company policies
• Where applicable, coordinate HR processes related to foreign employees, including work permits and residence procedures
• Work closely with the central HR team and management to ensure consistency across the organization
• Contribute to building a professional, positive and performance-oriented workplace culture

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of solid professional experience in Human Resources
• Previous experience in a senior HR role
• Experience managing end-to-end HR processes
• Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Additional foreign language skills are a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR practices
• Experience working with multicultural or international teams
• Experience in healthcare, dental clinics, medical tourism, hospitality or other international service environments is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment
• A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand what is happening beyond the surface
