Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Engagement and Sales: Communicate with patients to understand their needs and offer tailored treatment suggestions.
• Treatment Clarification: Present and explain treatment plans created by our dentists, ensuring patients are fully informed about their options.
• Team Coordination: Work alongside dental professionals to align recommendations with medical evaluations for optimal care outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or dental sector
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Fluency in Turkish and English (additional languages such as German, Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus)
• A results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Basic understanding of dental terminology (preferred but not essential)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MedicaSimple is advantageous
