We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team and support Supply Chain/Operations and Quality business functions across Türkiye. This role will act as a strategic partner to managers, providing high-quality HR guidance and helping to align people priorities with commercial and operational objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong business partnering capability, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix and multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR plans and initiatives
- Provide day-to-day and strategic HR support across key people matters, including organization design, workforce planning and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance to Supply Chain/Operations and Quality business units on matters such as organizational structuring, workload analysis, and headcount requests.
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives in alignment with local and regional priorities
- Drive recruitment activities for Supply Chain and Quality roles
- Support organizational change projects, including restructures, role changes, integration activities, and cultural transformation initiatives
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with Turkish labour law
- Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations) to deliver integrated HR solutions and a consistent employee experience
- Monitor and analyse HR data and people metrics to identify trends and support decision-making
- Promote a culture of inclusion, integrity, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage organizational changes, internal mobility, promotions and appointment processes in line with business needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies and employee experience while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or within a Center of Expertise (CoE) in a multinational or corporate environment. (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical devices, logistics, or another regulated industry is preferred
- Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement and offboarding and recruitment
- Demonstrated experience managing HR processes and employee relations for blue-collar populations is required.
- Solid knowledge of Turkish Labour Law and contemporary HR practices.
- Experience working in an international, matrix, and multicultural business environment
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build credibility with managers and employees across different levels of the organization
- Act as a trusted advisor during organizational changes and transformation projects
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR priorities with business strategy
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations
- Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent Turkish and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
- Strong capability to effectively manage and improve digital tools used across HR processes
