Job summary

TAG | Taurus Group Consulting seeks Senior Human Resources Consultants to join on a full-time or flexible basis in Turkey. The role focuses on designing and delivering HR consulting projects, including competency frameworks, AI-powered learning, and talent analytics, tailored to client needs across the employee lifecycle.

You will gain training in Pinsight assessment tools and Knolskape experiential learning, while shaping measurable outcomes for clients through innovative, data-driven HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
• Experience in competency modelling, talent management, assessment, or development
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate experiential training programs, workshops, simulations, role-plays, assessments, and AI-supported learning journeys
• Create customized AI-authored learning and assessment experiences
• Help clients measure skill development, performance readiness, and learning impact
• Manage client relationships, needs, and expectations
• Contribute to business development, product development, and innovation
• Develop programs that use experiential learning tools to support customers' cultural transformation

The ideal candidates will combine strong HR expertise with next-generation assessment centers, AI-powered experiential learning, and client-focused consulting to help organizations foster a culture of digital innovation and develop digitally ready leaders.

The Role

You will design and deliver high-impact HR consulting projects in areas including:

• Competency frameworks and success profiles
• HR digital transformation and AI adoption
• Next-generation Assessment and Development Centers
• Experiential learning and leadership development
• Talent management, skills intelligence, and talent analytics
• AI fluency programs combining contextual learning, simulated practice, and measurable outcomes

As part of the role, you will:

• Receive training in all Pinsight next generation assessment tools and become a certified assessor
• Receive training and be certified in Knolskape’s leading experiential learning tools and delivery methodologies

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate experiential training programs, workshops, simulations, role-plays, assessments, and AI-supported learning journeys
• Create customized AI-authored learning and assessment experiences
• Help clients measure skill development, performance readiness, and learning impact
• Manage client relationships, needs, and expectations
• Contribute to business development, product development, and innovation
• Develop programs that use experiential learning tools to support customers' cultural transformation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
• At least 10 years of relevant HR or HR consulting experience
• Experience in competency modelling, talent management, assessment, or development
• Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, experiential learning, and the future of work
• Experience designing and delivering training programs or workshops
• Strong project management, facilitation, presentation, and client management skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
