Job summary

Shein Group is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth execution of HR policies, processes and systems. You will collaborate with SHEIN HQ to deliver efficient and high-quality HR services.

With the company's growth, you will have the potential to rise into a leadership role and support regions outside Turkey. Key responsibilities include end-to-end employee lifecycle management, attendance & leave management using UKG, overseeing daily compensation & benefits operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years HR system experience with knowledge of HR operations, best practices and labor laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Fluent English required; Chinese proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle Management: onboarding, transfer, promotion, offboarding and file maintenance.
• Attendance & Leave Management: manage attendance data and payroll inputs using UKG.
• Compensation & Benefits Operations: oversee daily compensation and benefits activities.
• Policy & Process Optimization: improve HR processes for compliance with labor laws and audits.

Job Responsibilities

As an HR Operations Specialist, your core responsibility is to ensure the smooth execution of HR policies, processes and systems. You will collaborate closely with SHEIN HQ to deliver efficient and high-quality HR services. With the company's further development, you will have the potential to grow into a leader and support regions outside Turkiye.

• Employee Lifecycle Management Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfer, promotion, offboarding) and maintain personnel files.
• Attendance & Leave Management Attendance and leave management, maintain the UKG system and provide attendance data for payroll.
• Compensation & Benefits Operations Oversee daily compensation and benefits operations.
• Policy & Process Optimization Optimize HR processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and audit requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field;
2. 3 years of HR system experience. Familiar with HR operations, best practices and labor laws. Strong attention to data accuracy, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
4. Fluent English required; Chinese proficiency preferred.

Bir HR Operations Specialist olarak temel sorumluluğunuz, İK politika, süreç ve sistemlerinin sorunsuz şekilde yürütülmesini sağlamaktır. Yüksek kaliteli ve verimli İK hizmetleri sunmak için SHEIN merkez ofisi (HQ) ile yakın iş birliği içinde çalışacaksınız. Şirketin büyümesiyle birlikte liderlik rolüne gelişme ve Türkiye dışındaki bölgeleri destekleme fırsatınız olacaktır.

1. Çalışan Yaşam Döngüsü Yönetimi

İşe alım (onboarding), transfer, terfi ve işten çıkış (offboarding) dahil olmak üzere uçtan uca çalışan yaşam döngüsü süreçlerini yönetmek ve personel dosyalarını güncel tutmak.

2. Devam & İzin Yönetimi

Devam ve izin süreçlerini yönetmek, UKG sistemini sürdürmek ve bordro için devam verilerini sağlamak.

3. Ücret & Yan Haklar Operasyonları

Günlük ücret ve yan haklar operasyonlarını yönetmek.

4. Politika & Süreç Optimizasyonu

İK süreçlerini optimize etmek ve iş kanunları ile denetim gerekliliklerine uyumu sağlamak.

Aranan Nitelikler

1. İnsan Kaynakları, İşletme veya ilgili bir alanda lisans mezunu olmak.
2. En az 3 yıl İK sistemleri deneyimi. İK operasyonları, en iyi uygulamalar ve iş kanunlarına hakim olmak. Veri doğruluğuna yüksek dikkat, güçlü iletişim, problem çözme ve analitik beceriler.
3. Gizli bilgileri dikkatli ve güvenilir şekilde yönetebilme yetkinliği.
4. İyi seviyede İngilizce (zorunlu); Çince bilgisi tercih sebebidir.
