Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and develop HR policies, procedures, and standards in line with business and legal requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with Turkish Labour Law and Collective Labour Agreements.
• Lead HR compliance and audit activities, monitor risks, and prepare corrective actions.
• Review and establish a framework for employee relations and disciplinary practices, ensuring fairness and consistency across investigations.
• Support interpretation and implementation of labor legislation and identify risk areas.
• Provide insights, recommendations, and risk mitigation plans to HR leadership.
