Job summary

Banvit MBRF in Bandırma, Turkey, is seeking an experienced HR Policy Specialist to review and develop policies in line with labor law and company standards. You will collaborate with sites across the region to ensure consistent practice and risk mitigation.

The role requires 3–4 years in HR, a degree in HR-related field, and strong knowledge of Turkish labor law. You will lead compliance initiatives, support employee relations, and provide insights to HR leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes
• Experience with union relations and related procedures
• Good understanding of disciplinary processes
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Living in Bandırma or open to relocation
