Job summary

Banvit MBRF in Istanbul is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage and maintain employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will support hiring, onboarding, changes and transfers, prepare reports and insights for decision-making, and collaborate with Payroll and HR Partners on data updates and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably within HR operations, HR systems or a similar environment.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central or similar HR systems is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of core HR processes, policies and employee lifecycle practices.
• Comfortable working with HR data, reporting and digital tools.
• Currently based in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HR reports, presentations and people insights to support business and HR decision-making
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and HR teams on HR systems, processes and system-related issues
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams on employee data, compensation changes and system updates
• Contribute to HR transformation projects by supporting project plans, timelines, milestones and implementation activities
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR digital tools and platforms
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, improve data quality and enhance the overall employee experience
• Keep up with emerging HR technology trends and bring new ideas to how we work

What kind of profile are we looking for?
