Job summary

HubX is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for GrowthLab to join a fast-paced studio model that turns ideas into global products. You will build dashboards, analyze product initiatives and marketing performance, and enable data-informed decisions across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on data analytics experience, preferably mobile app & web analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
• Strong Python knowledge; SQL experience, preferably with BigQuery.
• Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, data-driven, product-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze product initiatives and marketing performance with Product, Developers, Operations and Marketing teams.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards with reliable data validation.
• Develop high-quality, scalable SQL queries (BigQuery preferred).
• Use Python for data manipulation, automation and analysis.
• Visualize data on BI tools to communicate insights clearly.
