HubX is looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. You will own product outcomes, conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Software/Computer/Electronics/Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager, data-oriented products.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy.
• Great communication with customers, stakeholders, and technical team.
• Experience in mobile and web product management lifecycle.
• Understanding of development, UI/UX, agile, scrum, and IT infra.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Run qualitative or quantitative research and analyze data to define problems.
• Create business analysis docs, test cases, mockups, and prototypes.
• Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance.
• Work in sync with team members using agile approaches.
• Communicate with product stakeholders to reach consensus.
• Define customer needs via market research, product comparisons, and tests.
• Attend grooming sessions to clarify questions and ensure backlog clarity.
• Partner with engineering teams and engage in technical discussions.
• Evaluate operational efficiency by researching industry trends and benchmarks.
