Job summary

HubX is hiring a Product Specialist for ScaleUp to join a fast-paced team driving growth through data-informed product decisions. You will support roadmaps, conduct research, and translate insights into requirements while collaborating with design and engineering across Studio teams.

Ideal candidates combine strong SQL, analytics mindset, and excellent communication in an English-speaking, agile environment. Office-based roles in Turkey with ongoing learning and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

BS in Software, Computer, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
Recent graduates or candidates with internship/academic/project experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
Strong SQL skills to independently write and analyze BigQuery-like queries.

Responsibilities

Support Product Manager in preparing and maintaining product roadmaps.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to define problems.
Write and analyze queries to investigate user behavior and product performance.
Analyze metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Prepare business analyses, tests, and prototypes when needed.
Collaborate with designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
Support A/B test planning and release readiness.
