Job summary

Nuh Çimento Sanayi A.Ş. in Kocaeli, Türkiye, is seeking a Senior Export Specialist to join the International Trade Directorate. You will oversee export operations, coordinate with customs brokers, manage shipment schedules, and report on sales and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least five years in a similar position, advanced English, SAP experience, and strong planning, communication and analytical skills. Travel and driving license are requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Strong skills in planning, organization, coordination, project tracking, analytical thinking and reporting.
• Excellent representation and persuasion abilities, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of foreign trade regulations.
• Knowledge of international trade rules, payment and delivery methods such as letters of credit.
• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel without restrictions.
• Residing or willing to relocate to Istanbul (Asian Side) or Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the planning and execution of export operations in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales, operations and budgets.
• Provide weekly and monthly updates to management regarding orders, sales, shipments, and operations.
• Prepare and maintain shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate customs procedures with customs brokers.
• Maintain close communication with customers and potential clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of quotes and orders received into the ERP system.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up as necessary.
• Participate in trade fairs and represent the company.
