Rönesans Holding in Istanbul seeks a Financial Strategy & Planning Senior Analyst to join its headquarters. You will lead five-year financial planning, build integrated models and present insights to senior management and the Board.

You will evaluate investments, manage capital allocation, monitor performance, and support M&A and ECM/DCM activities across a diversified, international portfolio. The role offers exposure to global markets, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, or strategic finance.
• Experience at leading advisory firms or financial institutions preferred.
• Advanced modelling and three-statement projection skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and corporate financing structures.

Responsabilités

• Support five-year strategic planning with integrated financial models and consolidated forecasts.
• Develop and maintain long-term investment budgets and capital allocation analyses.
• Monitor investment returns, value creation, and financial performance.
• Perform periodic business and investment valuations for planning and reporting.
• Prepare management presentations and investor materials for executives and Board.
• Coordinate earnings calls and support communications with financial stakeholders.
• Assist with relationships with banks, rating agencies and external advisors.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and market benchmarking to inform decisions.
• Evaluate acquisition targets and strategic partners for fit and value creation.
